Eligibility: candidates seeking admission to the PGDM programme shall be required to possess a bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline of a University or equivalent thereto. Reservation for SC, ST, OBC (Non-creamy layer) and physically challenged candidates will be applicable as per Govt. of India rules. Physically challenged candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates appearing for the final examination are also eligible to apply, provided they complete it by October 31, 2012. In case the candidate fails to establish eligibility by this date, the admission would be cancelled and fees will be forfeited.

Admission Process: Admission to the programme shall be through an admission process of 100 points. A weight of 70% shall be for the performance in IITTM Admission Test. Another 15% points each are for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) respectively.

How to apply:

1. Apply to IITTM latest by February 03, 2012 with admission fees of Rs. 800/- (500/- in case of SC/ ST/ PH) through a demand draft payable to Director-IITTM, payable at Gwalior.
2. A prospective student should appear for IITTM Admission Test on February 26, 2012. Admission test shall be organised at different notified centres in February 26, 2012. The test shall be of two hours’ duration.
3. Short-listed students will have to appear for GD and PI at any one of the IITTM centres: a. IITTM, Bhubaneswar & Nellore April 02-03, 2012 b. IITTM, New Delhi April 04-06, 2012 c. IITTM, Gwalior April 09-11, 2012
4. Successful candidates must participate in counselling on 14th May and 16th May 2012.
5. Admission and full fee deposit by June 18, 2012.

Admission Process: The admission to MIB/ MHROD will be made on the basis of CAT score, GD and PI score. Students will have to submit CAT scores after appearing in the CAT 2011 conducted by IIM’s. Candidates will have to apply separately for CAT 2011 to IIM’s and for GD/PI to the department.

How to apply: The prospectus and application form:

1. Against a bank draft of Rs 1000/- for one course and Rs 1700/ for both courses.( Rs 800/- and 1200/- respectively only for SC/ST/PH/OBC/CW drawn in favour of Registar, university of Delhi payable at Delhi.
2. Can also be downloaded from website: www.commerceedu.com and http:/www.du.ac.in by paying the same fees as per above.
3. By post from the section officer, department of Commerce , Delhi school of Economics, University of Delhi,Delhi 110007 by adding Rs 100/- to the above mentioned fee according to respective category fee along with self addressed envelope ( 28×22 cms), write name, address, telephone no and course applied for at the back of DD. Also enclose one self addressed ( 10×4?) envelope with postage stamps of Rs 5/- affixed on the envelope for delivery of admit card along with application form.
4. Students can also apply on-line through http://docdse.admissionhelp.com and make payment through credit/debit card, net banking, cash deposit with AXIS Bank and CBS branches of Post Office by adding a service fee of Rs 100/-

Seats: No. of seats for MIB/MHROD is 73(62+11) for each programme (General 31/ OBC 17/SC 9/ST 5 =62) 11 seats are for PH-2/CW-3/ Foreign nationals-6

Placements: Students of previous batches have been placed through campus selection in leading organisation like MMTC,STC.RPG enterprise, Deloitee, ITC/ICICI/TCS . The average salary is 5.4 lakhs and highest 9.5 lakhs.
