Need Job for a Partially Blind Friend- can any one help

hi All, My Frnd Jacob has cataract since birth.. he lives with his mom and sister and he is one of the major earning member of the family To talk about him he is a brilliant guy A programmer with very good knowledge of networking and hardware His Software skillsets on ASP, .NET and Visual Basic (and also knowledge of other softwares) He has build a matrimony site called the www.everfreematrimony.com which is a free matrimony site. which also has some of the softwares that he has developed. Has done his 12th but has very good command over his english. He is working for a insurance company as a developer and a customer care executive. but he is earning only mere 5000 Rs for which he travel all the way from end of the city to the other end. and the company is on a merge of closure. He cudnt get a job in most of the companies because of his vision problem. which the companies had problem with. so he is desparatly looking for a job in Software development / Customer care /hardware or any administrative work.
